Holiday with the Wongs by Jackie Lau

Happy Valentine’s Day y’all! I though today would be the perfect time to wrap up the other holiday themed series I recently finished, Holidays with the Wongs. This set of four romance novellas all follow the Wong siblings and their adorably lovely and interfering family. These books had some spicy moments that were perfectly balanced out by the humor and the warm feeling the Wong’s would give.

Not only does each book feature a different holiday but they also have a unique romance trope. I throughly enjoyed each romance in this series and don’t think I could pick a favorite. Each has standout moments to me and I’ve found a love for Lau’s writing. Also, the food. It’s a good thing these books are on the smaller side because almost every book had me craving something while reading. A Big Surprise for Valentine’s Day in particular has insured that I will never look at donuts the same!

These books reference the holidays they are connected to but I also think they can be read anytime. If you are looking for a funny, sexy, and heartwarming romance series then I highly recommend this one. Thankfully, Lau has written many more series that I can’t wait to dive into.
