I love the whole concept of the Summerween readathon and I’m excited to share my TBR! I have tried to work it so that the remaining books on my August TBR are included in this because I am shocked to announce that I might actually complete one of my monthly TBR’s. I don’t know whether to be proud or ashamed of that last statement, ha! But, nevertheless, it is true and I should be playing it safe next week but I just love the Summerween prompts. This readathon takes place between August 24-30 and is hosted by Olivia from oliviareadsalatte and Gabby from Gabbyreads on Youtube. I will link the announcement video that I watched down below because the last prompt is to read a book recommended by the hosts.

*My oldest son and I were reading this together last school year and we took a break over the summer because he got into the routine of going to bed and then staying up for an hour or two reading. Now that school (virtual) is back we are slowly getting into our normal routine and I thought this was the perfect opportunity to finish this book together. Although, he still stays up reading by himself but it’s only a half hour to an hour now!

*This book is currently on KU. I don’t know how the format of this book will translate onto Kindle since the book and its formatting are a part of the story but since it’s free it might be worth a shot. I have the beautiful paperback and I’m obsessed with how floppy it is!
